Winter 2013 Instructional Basketball

Glasgow Sports offers an Instructional Basketball league for children ages 6-11. We have an 8 week season that starts on Saturday, January 12th. Every Saturday your child will come out for 1 hour and learn basketball skills and team work during the practice time. We offer a devotion every week that challenges kids to memorize the League Bible verse and we discuss different Bible stories that they can apply to their lives. After the practice and devotion, your child will play a Basketball game every week against other Glasgow basketball teams.

We do not keep records, stats or score, even though the kids might. This is not a competitive league. Kids come with a range of skill and coordination; this league is set up to both challenge the skilled player and comfortably teach the kid that is learning basketball for the first time.

 
Registration ends on 12/31/12.
The following divisions are offered:

• 6-7 Year old Boys
• 8-9 Year old Boys
• 10-11 Year old Boys
• 6-7 Year old Girls
• 8-9 Year old Girls
• 10-11 Year old Girls
