Inquirer’s is all about getting the big picture of who we are as a church: what we believe and where we are going with it. This course of classes is required for membership but you are not required to become a member upon completing the course. This is a great course if you have been attending for a while and want to learn more about who we are.
Inquirer’s classes are offered twice a year, the next one starting on April 24, 2009. Here are some of the topics covered:
- The History of Glasgow Church.
- The Church: Christ as the Head, We as the Body.
- Our Three-fold Ministry Strategy: Worship, Discipleship and Outreach.
- Presbyterian Government: The Leadership Structure of our Church.
- The Discipleship Journey: Share, Serve, Live and Lead.
- The Reformed Faith: TULIP, the Covenants, the Sovereignty of God and the priority of Scripture.
- Worship and the Sacraments.
Our next Inquirer’s Class begins the end of April. If you are interested in membership, please pick up a registration from at the Information Center on Sunday morning.
