Drama

As Jesus used parables to teach the crowds and his disciples, the Glasgow Church drama ministry is following in his footsteps by preaching the gospel in the form of a story.  We perform a Broadway-style musical during Christmas and produce a Cantata for Easter.  Both are presented as a free gift to the community.   People from all over the tri-state area travel to experience these productions.  We encourage and welcome anyone to come, be refreshed, and invite friends and family members.  Keep checking this page for news and updates about upcoming productions.

Christmas Dramatic-Musical

This is not your typical “church” play.  Glasgow has been blessed with many resources and we bring them all to bear on our Christmas musicals, creating a Broadway-quality production that will bless your family and friends.  Please join the thousands from the surrounding region who have come to see our dramatic-musicals, often more than once!

We are always looking for new people, including actors, stage crew, technical crew, background singers, nursery helpers, and more.  This a big ministry and many pieces have to come together to pull off each production.  We welcome any willing participants.

Covenant Fellowship Players

In addition to our holiday offerings, we have a separate drama team known as the Covenant Fellowship Players.  This group has conducted dinner and dessert theaters, as well as performing for special events.  You don’t need to be an actor to join this group; backstage help is always needed too!
