Scott Winchester serves as Business Manager and brings 10 years of accounting experience to Glasgow Church. He graduated from Goldey Beacom College with a B.S. degree in Finance Management and also holds an A.A.S. degree from Delaware Tech in Marketing/Management. He currently attends Reformed Theological Seminary in the pursuit of a M.A.R. degree. He and his wife June have two daughters.
