Dr. Charles F. Betters has served as Senior Minister of Glasgow Reformed Presbyterian Church in Bear, Delaware, since 1986 and is frequently called upon to address church pastors and leadership all across the country. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Eastern Baptist Seminary. He earned his Doctoral degree from Covenant Seminary.

Dr. Betters’ previous pastorates include Wissahickon United Methodist Church and Logan United Methodist Church and Red Lion Evangelical Free Church (Delaware).  He has four children and fourteen grandchildren.  His wife, Sharon Betters, is the author of Treasures of Encouragement and Treasures in Darkness.  Dr. Betters and Sharon co-authored Treasures of Faith, Teaching Them Young, and his latest book, Harlots and Heroines: the Midwives of the Messiah. 

Dr. Betters often says that the death of his sixteen-year-old son, Mark, “unbolted his family from its love affair with this world.” MARK INC Ministries is one of the products of that “unbolting.” The purpose of MARK INC Ministries is to “Make Abundant Riches Known in the Name of Christ” through the preaching and teaching ministry of Dr. Betters. Through this ministry, the Word of God is disseminated by way of radio broadcasts, CDs, DVDs, books and other means in faithfulness to God’s Word, the Holy Scriptures, and to the glory of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
