2009 Orphan Care Workshop

2009 Orphan Care Workshop – Saturday, June 6, 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., at Faith Presbyterian Church, 720 Marsh Rd., Wilmington, DE.  This workshop offers participants two tracks, ministry and personal, both designed to be very practical, offering step by step help.   The Ministry track is for those interested in starting an effective ministry to orphans in their own church.  The Personal track is for those who want to learn more about adoption and/or foster care.  A “Children Caring for Children” program (ages 4 and up) will run concurrent with the Orphan Care Workshop.  Children will participate in various lessons and activities aimed at teaching them what it means to care for the orphan.  Nursery will be available for children birth – three years.  Space is limited so register soon.

Registration is free, but space is limited. Lunch is being provided by Chick Fil-A and is also free.  Register by emailing the workshop administrator at ministry@crossroadsfamily.com or calling (302) 378-6235. Include your church name, your name, address, phone and names and ages of children who will be attending the “Children Caring for Children” program.  Indicate if you will be eating lunch at the workshop.
